At Elite Models Dubai, we are committed to providing exceptional modeling services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations related to our modeling services, bookings, and other transactions.

By engaging our services or making a payment to Elite Models Dubai, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds and cancellations.

Services Covered by This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Elite Models Dubai, including but not limited to:

  • Model bookings for fashion shows and runway events
  • Model bookings for photoshoots and editorial work
  • Model bookings for promotional events and brand ambassadorship
  • Model bookings for TV commercials and media appearances
  • Model bookings for exhibitions and trade shows
  • Model portfolio development services
  • Model training and coaching services
  • Deposits and advance payments for future services

Booking Deposits and Payments

Deposit Requirements

For most bookings, Elite Models Dubai requires a deposit to secure the models and dates requested. Deposit requirements are as follows:

  • Standard bookings: 50% of the total booking fee
  • Large-scale events (5+ models): 50% of the total booking fee
  • Extended bookings (3+ consecutive days): 50% of the total booking fee
  • International bookings: 70% of the total booking fee

The remaining balance is typically due 7-14 days before the event date or upon completion of the service, as specified in your booking confirmation.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card
  • Corporate checks (for established corporate clients only)

All payments should be made directly to Elite Models Dubai, not to individual models.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Client-Initiated Cancellations

The following refund terms apply to cancellations initiated by clients:

7-14 days before the booking date 50% of the deposit 5% administrative fee (minimum $50)

Less than 72 hours before the booking date No refund of deposit N/A

For large-scale events (5+ models) or extended bookings (3+ consecutive days), special cancellation terms may apply as specified in your booking confirmation.

Agency-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Elite Models Dubai must cancel a booking due to circumstances within our control, the following refund terms apply:

  • Full refund of any deposits and payments made
  • No administrative fees will be charged
  • Where possible, we will offer priority rebooking with a discount for a future date

Model Substitutions

If a booked model becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, Elite Models Dubai will:

  • Notify the client as soon as possible
  • Offer a suitable replacement model with similar attributes and experience
  • If no suitable replacement is available or acceptable to the client, provide a refund according to our Agency-Initiated Cancellation terms

When a suitable replacement model is provided and accepted, no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure Events

Neither party shall be considered in breach of the booking agreement or liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under the booking agreement if such failure or delay is due to a Force Majeure Event.

"Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of either party, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.)
  • Acts of government or regulatory authorities
  • War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
  • Public health emergencies or pandemics
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Widespread transportation disruptions

In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation:

  • The booking may be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date within 6 months with no additional fees
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a credit equivalent to the deposit amount will be issued, valid for 12 months
  • If neither rescheduling nor credit is acceptable, a refund may be issued less a 10% administrative fee

Refund Process and Timeline

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and should include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Booking reference number
  • Date of the original booking
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Preferred refund method (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
  • For credit card payments, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • For bank transfers, please provide accurate banking details to avoid delays

Refund Confirmation

Once a refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund amount and method.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Model portfolio development services after the photography session has taken place
  • Model training and coaching services that have already been delivered
  • Administrative fees for processing bookings and refunds
  • Third-party expenses that have already been incurred (e.g., location rentals, makeup artists, stylists)
  • Rush fees for expedited services

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services or have a dispute regarding a refund:

  2. If the matter cannot be resolved through our customer service team, please escalate the issue to management by sending a detailed email to [email protected].
  3. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in accordance with our commitment to client satisfaction.

Changes to This Policy

Elite Models Dubai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
